Key Projects

Trinity Court, Hessle – Damp Survey

    • Objective: Identify and assess damp issues in residential flats.
    • Outcome: Provided detailed reports and recommendations for remediation to ensure the living conditions were improved and maintained.

Victoria Cottages, near Morrisons in Beverley – Crack Survey

    • Objective: Investigate and evaluate structural cracks in residential flats.
    • Outcome: Delivered a thorough analysis, helping RPMS understand the cause and severity of the cracks and the necessary steps for repair and maintenance.

87 Ferriby Road – Roof Survey

    • Objective: Conduct a roof survey to assess the condition and identify any defects.
    • Outcome: Utilised drone technology from Flightsight to provide a comprehensive roof condition report, aiding in the planning of necessary repairs.

St Mary’s Mount, Cottingham – Roof Survey

    • Objective: Evaluate the roof condition of a residential block.
    • Outcome: Delivered a detailed survey report using drone technology from Flightsight, which facilitated informed decision-making for roof maintenance.

 

 

 

Brandesburton Hall and Minster View

    • Objective: Ongoing collaboration to address various property maintenance needs at these two properties.
    • Outcome: Continued support and technical expertise in identifying defects, estimating the level of work required, and setting budgets for planned maintenance works. Producing specification of works/tender documentation for the works to obtain necessary costings for implementation of the works.

These two properties are familiar to the team at DMP, as we have surveyed them in the past, providing an asset management plan for the residents.
