Whittle Jones Ltd: Part of a small management team managing the building portfolio for the Yorkshire and Southern region. Sole responsibility for the building stock, its condition and planned maintenance.

Colliers CRE: A senior Building Surveyor for national property consultancy. Acting in various roles from project manager, party wall/dilapidations surveyor to construction manager for a variety of clients such as Delancy/British Land as well as national retail chains.

Smith & Nephew Medical Ltd: Property Asset & Construction Manager for this FTSE 100 blue chip firm. Setting out property strategies as well as managing all works from minor works to £2,000,000 refurbishments.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council: Assistant Principle Building Surveyor managing planned & large capital projects on a variety of public buildings/social housing up to the value of £2.5million. Leading project teams of architects, engineers and other professionals for the provision of capital new build and maintenance projects. Assisting in the production of the Authorities Asset Management Plan, condition surveys etc. for the Education Department and other public buildings. Maintaining and managing external authority/in-house service contracts.

Smith & Nephew Medical Ltd: Building Surveyor for this FTSE 100 blue chip firm. Managing all building maintenance in environments from warehousing to clean room standards. Managing projects as well as ensuring regulatory compliance in a variety of areas from asbestos to LOLER.
